Every residence at One Ski Hill Place comes with a private locker in the ground-floor gear room — boot warmers on, skis and boards stored slopeside overnight. Walk out in your street shoes, click in at the lift, ski home the same way.
The Building
Book direct with Gilson and get the same full-building access every resident has — the aquatics center, the Mine Shaft bowling alley, the great-room fireplace, the slopeside hot tubs. Nothing gated, no resort fee.
Bowling Alley
Two Brunswick lanes buried under the lobby and dressed as a Breckenridge hard-rock mine — timber shoring, lantern pendants, faux-rock walls, and a leather lounge at the approach. Reservable by the hour with house shoes and balls on the shelf.
Two Indoor Pools · Hot Tub
Two glass-roofed indoor pools and an indoor hot tub with slope-facing windows onto Peak 8. Sauna, steam room, and the Rejuvenation Spa all one landing away.
Outdoor Soak & Fire Pit
Outdoor hot tub and a stone fire pit on the terrace, facing the Peak 8 runs. Steam rising over the base area is the way ski days finish here.

One Ski Hill Place sits where the lifts meet the village. The Colorado SuperChair and the Rocky Mountain SuperChair load out of the Peak 8 base in front of the door — you click into your skis in the boot-up room, drop straight onto the mountain, and ski home when the light goes gold on the Tenmile Range.
These are residences, not rooms — full kitchens, gas fireplaces, and space to gather after a long day on the hill. Managed by a local team based on Main Street who know which lifts are running long and which cat trail is groomed corduroy at 8am.
The Ski Season
From your door at One Ski Hill Place, the winter mountain unfolds in every direction — no shuttle, no rental-car search, no cold walk to the lift.
On the Mountain
Click in at the boot-up room and load the Colorado SuperChair or the Rocky Mountain SuperChair, both out of the Peak 8 base. 2,908 acres, five peaks, terrain for every level — ski home when the last chair drops.
In Town
The BreckConnect gondola drops you at the base of Main Street in about ten minutes — free to ride (it closes in the spring and fall shoulder seasons). Historic saloons, patios with fire pits, and 90+ restaurants downtown.
Beyond the Lifts
The Breckenridge Nordic Center is a five-minute drive with 30 km of groomed track. Snowshoe rentals in town, and quiet trails right off the property for a morning loop before the lifts spin.

Yes. The building sits at the base of peak 8, breckenridge ski resort, and the Colorado SuperChair and the Rocky Mountain SuperChair load out of that base area. You ski home to the building at the end of the day.
Main Street is about 2.5 miles by road (Ski Hill Road), too far to walk comfortably. The free BreckConnect Gondola takes about ten minutes to the north end of Main Street; the Peak 8 station is about 500 feet from the front entrance. The Free Ride bus also serves the base area.
Runs daily through ski season and for summer sightseeing. It closes for maintenance in the spring shoulder season (late April to early June) and after summer operations end in early October until ski season. Hours are set by Breckenridge Ski Resort and change by season; check breckenridge.com before you travel.
Each residence includes 1 space in the building’s covered garage off Ski Hill Road. Garage clearance is 8 feet 3 inches (8'3"), so tall vans and roof boxes may not fit.
Yes. The Mine Shaft bowling alley is a building amenity for every residence, not a feature of particular units. Lanes are available on request, first come, first served.
Every residence shares the building’s indoor pools, hot tubs, bowling alley, movie lounges, fitness room and ski storage. Our direct price is all-in: every fee is included and taxes are shown before you pay.
No resort fee. Your Gilson total includes all fees; taxes are the only separate line.
No. One Ski Hill Place does not permit pets in any residence.
The base of Peak 8 is about 9,600 feet. Drink plenty of water and take the first day easy if you are coming from sea level.
