How much does gear cost?+
You’ll get a personalized quote based on your group and how everyone rides, and you approve it before anything is charged. It’s settled on your reservation folio — no separate checkout.
When is it delivered?+
Ski Butlers delivers to your residence in a 7am–8pm window, typically the day you arrive or your first day skiing. They coordinate the exact timing with you directly.
What if something doesn’t fit?+
Swaps are included all week — a different size, a different ski, a boot that fits better. They’ll bring the replacement to you, even on the mountain.
Can you outfit kids?+
Yes. Junior packages are sized to your child and delivered with the rest of the family’s gear.
What’s the cancellation policy?+
Simple: your gear follows your reservation. Whatever cancellation terms apply to your stay apply to the gear — nothing separate to track.
