Gilson Property Group runs a public, read-only MCP server. ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants that support the Model Context Protocol can use it to look up our residences, check live availability for your dates, and explain our guest services, the Reserve collection and monthly stays.

Ski and snowboard rentals fitted at the residence by Ski Butlers, grocery delivery stocked before you arrive, portable or in-home oxygen concentrators, a private chef, mid-stay housekeeping, morning pastries, airport transfers, in-residence massage and early check-in or late checkout. Guests add them after booking in the Guest Portal, and everything lands on one folio.
Reserve is our invitation-only collection: fully staffed residences for a month or a season, and a few ultra-luxury weeks. The Harris House, in the heart of Breckenridge, sleeps ten across four bedrooms, with a rooftop deck facing the Ten Mile Range, a hot tub and a fire pit. Assistants can explain the terms and share the link to request an invitation; the concierge replies within one business day.
For 30 nights or more, choose a staffed Reserve Monthly residence in Breckenridge, a home in Lansing or East Lansing for work, games or family, or check any residence for open dates up to 90 nights. Extended stays sign an extended-stay agreement before check-in.

No. Every tool is read-only. An assistant can find homes and check dates, quote the checkout total, then hands you a link to book on gilsonpropertygroup.com, where you see the same total before you pay.
No. The server is public and needs no authentication. Requests are rate limited.
Only what is already public on our website: residence and building facts, photos and availability. It never returns guest, owner, payment or financial information.
Yes, for specific dates. The total an assistant quotes is the same total our checkout charges for those dates and that party, with taxes shown separately. Dates are not held until you book.
