Gilson Property Group is a locally owned vacation-rental company built in Breckenridge — managing homes across Summit County and into Michigan, and handling the whole guest experience under one roof.
We started where we still are — on Main Street in Breckenridge — managing a handful of homes with the belief that a rental should feel handled, not handed off. That belief turned into a portfolio of around forty residences across Breckenridge, Summit County, and Keystone, and a second base in Lansing, Michigan.
Along the way we organized everything into five Collections — from ski-in / ski-out luxury and staffed residences to Colorado cabins and homes in Michigan’s capital — so guests can find the right place by where they’re headed and how they want to arrive.
And we built our own operating platform to run it: dynamic pricing, guest messaging, transparent owner statements, a direct-booking engine, and a marketplace that puts gear, groceries, and a chef on one folio. The technology is modern; the promise is old-fashioned — take care of the home, take care of the guest, and answer the phone.
