One Ski Hill Place · Peak 8, Breckenridge

Three Ways to Wake Up on Peak 8

Three distinct ways to experience One Ski Hill Place — slopeside on Peak 8, steps from the lifts, with a full luxury resort just downstairs. Here's the season that makes them shine.

One Ski Hill Place sits slopeside at the base of Peak 8, nearly 10,000 feet up — ski-in/ski-out in winter, trailheads and the gondola out front in summer.

One elevator down is a resort most hotels can't match: heated pool, full-service spa, outdoor hot tubs, fitness center with steam room and sauna, a private bowling alley, movie theater, and on-site dining. Every stay includes a reserved space in the heated garage and a shuttle that reaches anywhere in town in about five minutes. Each of the three residences below offers a different kind of stay.

Unit 8505 · Sleeps 7 · Best for familiesThe Original Penthouse

Living and dining area of Unit 8505 at One Ski Hill Place, with custom copper ceiling, marble floors, and a stone gas fireplace

The first penthouse built here, and still one of a kind: soaring wood ceilings, marble floors, handcrafted copper accents, and a primary suite with a steam shower. The private balcony faces Peak 8 head-on. A king suite plus a queen-over-queen bunk room make it the family pick — and June through August fills fast.

Unit 8502 · Sleeps 7 · Best for the viewThe Top-Floor View

Living room of Unit 8502 at One Ski Hill Place, with vaulted ceiling, deck doors, and mountain views over Breckenridge

Our most polished residence, on the top floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows wrap the living space with Breckenridge Valley and Continental Divide views, and the private deck opens it up further. Recently refreshed, with a gas fireplace, a Bosch kitchen, and two king suites. Book it when the view is the point.

2BR / 2 bath · Central A/C · Recently refreshed · From $275/night

Unit 8407 · Sleeps 6 · Best for slopeside valueThe Slopeside Residence

Open living and dining area of Unit 8407 at One Ski Hill Place, with a stone gas fireplace, six-seat dining table, and granite-island kitchen

Its balcony looks straight out at the slopes and lifts — watch the first descents with your coffee still hot. Open-plan, with a stone fireplace, six-seat dining, and a granite-island kitchen. Two kings and a queen sleeper make it the roomy, easy choice, and a Matterport 3D tour lets you walk it before you book.

Why the Next Three Months Are the Ones to Book

August. Warm days, cool nights, and the BreckConnect Gondola running free through Labor Day (September 7). Ride up for Epic Discovery — the Alpine Slide, Gold Runner Coaster, mini golf — or hit the Breckenridge Bike Park. Mark the calendar for the Breck Epic mountain-bike stage race (Aug 9–14) and the Breckenridge International Festival of Arts (Aug 20–23).

September. The best-kept secret: thinner crowds, amber light, and aspens that peak in the last two weeks of the month — gold hillsides straight off the balcony. In town, the Breckenridge Film Festival (Sept 17–20) and the free, 30th-annual Oktoberfest on Main Street (Sept 25–27).

November. By mid-month, weather permitting, Peak 8 opens and every residence becomes true ski-in/ski-out. Early season is the smart-money window: shorter lift lines, fresh snow, and lower rates than the holidays — the same address that costs a premium six weeks later.

InsiderThe Living Room inside the building serves breakfast and dinner Wed–Sun in summer, and the Ski Hill Grill coffee bar opens at 8:30am.

Pick your residence. Lock in the season.

There's only one of each — the original penthouse, the top floor, the slopeside balcony. Reserve directly with Gilson Property Group.
