Great place to stay in Breckenridge! Loved the location at Peak 8. Great views. Responsive host. Great unit - large, awesome views, with everything you need. The resort is also great and offered a lot for our kids to do. Would definitely book again!
We had an amazing time in Breckenridge while staying in the condo. It was a convenient location, we could walk to the shops or take request the free shuttle. One day we took the gondola into town. The condo was spotless and met our needs and expectations. We felt at home and if we had any questions, we received a prompt response. We hope to book this condo again when we vacay again in the winter of 2026.

One Ski Hill Place sits slopeside at the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge, at roughly 9,600 feet — about as close to the mountain as lodging gets. In winter, that means true ski-in/ski-out. In summer, Peak 8 is Breckenridge's activity hub: lift-accessed hiking and mountain biking, alpine slides, a ropes course, and the base of the BreckConnect Gondola, which connects the resort directly to downtown. Historic Main Street — with its restaurants, breweries, galleries, and shops — is a short shuttle ride away, close enough to reach in minutes but far enough that the Residence stays quiet.
Most guests don't touch their car once they arrive. The complimentary on-demand resort shuttle covers anywhere in town, and the free town of Breckenridge bus and the BreckConnect Gondola connect the base of Peak 8 to Main Street and beyond. One reserved space in the heated underground garage is included if you do drive up — a real convenience in winter. Denver International Airport is roughly a two-hour drive; private airport transfers can be arranged in advance through your Gilson guest portal.
