The property was considerably smaller than the listing photographs suggested, resulting in a more confined space than expected. The exterior grounds were overgrown with weeds and appeared neglected. Neighboring residents were observed engaging in drug activity, which raised serious safety concerns. The staircase to the upper floor is exceptionally steep and is completely unsafe. Overall, the neighborhood does not feel appropriate or secure for families. After accidentally leaving approximately $100 in groceries in the refrigerator, management refused to allow re-entry to retrieve them. When I reported that the dryer was not properly connected, they declined to correct the issue. Despite explaining my difficult financial circumstances, management was unwilling to offer any flexibility or assistance. The stay was marked by multiple unresolved maintenance and access problems, along with limited responsiveness from property management.
